FRAGFRAME records the Twitch broadcast of the player you just took out and hands you the clip: their stream, their reaction, about a minute after it happened.
Your game client knows the moment: it sends the streamer's channel and the kill time to the VEYRA API.
Twitch still holds the last ~30 seconds of the stream, so the moment is captured even though it already happened.
About 70 seconds later a 65-second MP4 (5 s before, 60 s after) is in your library and on its way to your webhook.
Cut by Twitch's own broadcast timestamps, delivered as the original 1080p stream without re-encoding.
Keep a rolling buffer of the streamers in your match, so even late requests find the moment.
Plain HTTPS + JSON with API keys, idempotent requests and signed webhooks for clip.ready.
Clips and recordings stay in your cabinet: player, downloads, labels, match references.
